Compensation:

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 12% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. You will receive 6 Weeks of onboarding pay $4,500 + commission, bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Travel to predetermined areas that have recently experienced storm damage and assesses damage on single-family roofs
• Build relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners' expectations and enhance their experience during the insurance and construction process
• Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements.
• Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success
• Attend weekly sales meetings.

Note: Our sales reps are trained to close. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 6 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role.
