Our company is looking for a Certified Arborist who is passionate and knowledgeable about the cultivation of trees! As an Arborist Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and providing exceptional service. In this role, you will perform tree care estimates, plant healthcare analysis , as well as developing tree care plans to ensure healthy growth. Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Perform tree risk assessments

Develop and implement tree care plans

Look for common signs of disease or pest infestations

Communicate proposed and accepted sales goals with the Operations Manager on a weekly basis

Work with Accounts Receivable to facilitate day of service terms and collections

Meet crews on jobs on an as needed basis or as requested by client to ensure quality control and be a liaison between crew and client

Able to relay to a crew the detailed scope of work and estimated hours for scheduled jobs

Proactively communicate with clients and address any issues

Requirements

ISA Certified Arborist Certification required

Extensive knowledge of tree and plant care standards and best practices
Preferably fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using CRM software
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
