Licensed, Life Insurance Sales Agents Wanted

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity, with salary plus commission and involves no cold calling.

We are seeking a charismatic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Sales Agent.

Position Overview: You will leverage your natural ability to connect with others and influence decision-making to drive sales and expand our client base. Drawing on your influential communication skills you will engage with prospective clients, build rapport, and guide them through the process of selecting the most suitable life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present life insurance products and services in a compelling manner.
• Tailor insurance solutions to address the specific financial goals and concerns of each client.
• Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Life, Accident & Health license in good standing
• 1 year life insurance sales experience is ideal
• Charismatic and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive spirit.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is required.
