IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE

• Setting targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for your sales team
• Plan and implement sales training and development programs
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales reps
• Coaching sales reps to help them improve their sales performance
• Participating in spontaneous sales ride-a-longs and planned field days
• Counsel, support, discipline, and fire underperforming sales reps
• Managing sales reps to adhere to the company sales process firmly
• Managing sales reps to use sales technologies correctly
• Holding team-building events on-site or offsite
• Motivating and engaging your sales team with monetary and non-monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics, such as sales contests, lucrative incentive packages, prizes, and public recognition
• Setting a good example for your team. Working according to company culture and values, prioritizing ruthlessly, using good communication, and delivering results effectively
• Working directly out of our Sanford, Florida office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
