Braeside Condominium Management, an award winning management company servicing the North Shore, is seeking an experienced Community Association Portfolio Manager for North Shore portfolio. Braeside offers excellent pay and benefits, geographically small portfolios and a great work environment

Braeside is looking for a licensed team member with strong administrative and organizational abilities and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating maintenance and administrative functions, and interfacing with a Board of Directors and association members.

Successful candidate should have 5 years of senior administrative management or property management experience, excellent writing skills, and supervisory experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
