This expansion is an incredible opportunity for a full time-driven and seasoned professional to join us. To be successful, you must be at the top of your game, extremely motivated, hungry to work hard, and possess a hunter's mentality. Our existing sales staff have an average tenure of approximately 10 years each - this demonstrates the incredible earning potential, culture and excellent work dynamic when employed by Octane Seating.
As an Inside Sales Professional, your core responsibility is to convert incoming calls and online chats, principally from our multiple retail websites and strong dealer base. Our websites are Google top ranked worldwide for our product categories. To accomplish this, you must be an excellent multi-tasker and have relationship-building skills to bond with your prospects over the phone. As a consultative seller, you will be able to speak about a high-ticket item without hesitation and uncover the right budget of your prospects and then recommend a furniture solution that fits within that budget. Your goal is to quickly close the sale, provide professional and diligent follow up, delivering high conversion rates.

Qualifications:
- Outgoing, professional, and very organized
- Extremely strong multitasking skills
- Successfully overcome customer objections
- A goal-driven, competitive nature, with a sales aptitude
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Must be results-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills
- Comfort with a high call volume sales environment

Experience:
5+ years Sales experience (Required)

Furniture experience a plus (not necessary)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
