Inside Sales Representative

Carolinas Hometown Respiratory is currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative at our Concord, NC location! In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to obtain orders for replacement supplies for PAP devices.

What else can you expect?

• Communicate with customers to receive orders for provision of PAP Therapy supplies
• Electronically fill out order forms, verify eligibility, verify insurance, determine charges and coverages for services requested, and occasionally collect payment
• Handle and resolve complaints concerning services, or refer complaints of service errors to appropriate persons for investigation/correction
• Talk with dissatisfied customers, coordinate correction, and ensures service recovery
• Update patients records on electronic information system as needed
• Inform and request from referral sources required documentation for coverage of ordered equipment and services
• Evaluate referral resupply prescriptions and takes appropriate action as directed
• Send completed order tickets to warehouse to be shipped or clinical offices to be picked up
• Make any corrections needed for supply order errors
• Occasionally collect and report patient compliance data
• Any additional duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• A minimum of one month of inside sales experience OR extensive experience in DME or DME billing/insurance processes
• Clean drug screen and background check

Pay: Based pay plus a monthly bonus structure
