We are currently looking for highly motivated Commercial Lines Producers to join our team. The successful candidate will join an experienced team of professionals who are committed to providing world class service to our clients, each and every day.

PRODUCER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospecting consistently for new leads through networking and cold calling

Positioning yourself as a pillar of your community

Planning or preparing to make the sale with prioritization and organization

Determining the need for each client

Mastering the art of the short selling cycle with a sense of urgency

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree

2+ years of business experience

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within

an organization

Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain)

Driven for success with strong sales aptitude

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Fundamental knowledge of company software and procedures

COMPENSATION:

Atlas producers enjoy a strong compensation package including commission on both new and renewal business. In addition, the agency offers employee fully paid medical, dental, vision and disability benefits. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in a robust 401k plan.
