Raphael Quartz Porcelain LLC, a leading Quartz and Porcelain wholesale/distribution company in Tucker, GA, is currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of selling slabs of quartz, marble, granite, and porcelain to businesses, and who are passionate about developing and growing sales with both current and potential customers.

Compensation: Residual Income (Based on longevity with the company, you will receive residual commission)

Employment Type:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Requirements:

• Legal work papers.
• Clean Valid Driver License.
• Own car.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the stone

or construction industry.

• Knowledge of selling Granite, Quartz, Marble, and

Porcelain (Preferred).

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English/Spanish (is a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new leads and prospects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing

customers and expand the customer base.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to

potential customers.

• Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed

sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer

inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer

satisfaction and resolve any issues.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions,

and competitor activities.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other

documentation as required.

• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and

industry events as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,400.00 - $70,000.00 per year
