Peking Handicraft, Inc., an established, growing international home dcor wholesaler is looking for a full-time a Sales/Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

-provide an exceptional customer experience

-reaching out to current customers as well as helping expand our existing customer base

- processing orders and claims

-maintain a high level of product knowledge, help customers navigate our line and suggests product

-resolve customer service issues promptly and to the customers satisfaction

-potential domestic travel within the U.S. for trade shows and show set up

Job Requirements:

-Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail

-Enthusiastic and eager to learn

-Multi-task oriented with the ability to take direction and work independently

-Self-motivated individual with the ability to identify tasks need to be done and take the initiative to take action

-Knowledge of PC including MS Word, Excel

-Bachelor degree a plus
