Job Title: Sales Administrator / Telemarketer

Location: Bella Construction, Irwin, PA

Bella Construction is a family-owned and operated exterior contractor based in Irwin, PA, specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, soffit/fascia, and window replacement. We've been providing top-notch services to residential and commercial clients since 1995. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Administrator / Telemarketer to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-Up on Quotes: Proactively reach out to customers who have received quotes for our services. Ensure they have all the information they need and address any questions or concerns to move them closer to a decision.
• Cold Calling: Generate new leads by making outbound calls to potential customers. Introduce them to Bella Construction's services and set the stage for a successful sales process.
• Rehash Leads: Revisit leads that have not converted in the past. Assess their current needs and explore opportunities to re-engage them with our offerings.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with prospective clients. Ensure that the appointments are well-qualified and align with our sales goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Use this information to tailor follow-up communications and improve customer engagement.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align telemarketing efforts with overall sales strategies. Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to help refine our sales approach.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on telemarketing activities and outcomes. Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our sales process.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude and a drive to achieve sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
