Petersen Manufacturing is seeking a driven, ambitious Sales Consultant

Position Overview:
As a Sales Consultant/Office Assistant, your role is to support the office manager and ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the office. Your duties may vary depending on the specific needs of the organization, but here are some common responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

-General book-keeping

- Provide quotes, process orders and send estimates to clients and representatives

- Track outstanding quotes/orders, create a cadence for consistent check-ins with clients and orders

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

- Answer direct sales calls and navigate clients through an order

- Have a great attitude, provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

- High School Graduate or GED

- Proven experience in sales and customer service (2 years+)

- Experience with Microsoft applications, Excel, and other CRM softwares

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
