Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Specialty Pharmacy Sales Representative to expand our business opportunities and drive revenue in the Jacksonville, FL area. In this role, you will engage with physicians, medical group practices, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to promote and ensure the appropriate use of our products. As a key member of our Specialty Sales team, you will report directly to the Director of Specialty Sales and collaborate closely with other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective sales strategies targeting specific disease states, market segments, or therapeutic classes, such as IVIG, Biologics, and Alpha 1.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with targeted clients.
• Generate new referral sources through prospecting and cold calling.
• Devise and execute creative promotional sales campaigns and targeted marketing plans to enhance brand visibility in the market.
• Establish collaborative relationships with pharmaceutical counterparts in different therapeutic classes.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, accounts, and the pharmacy by working closely with internal operations personnel.
• Execute sales and marketing plans with meticulous attention to detail and timely follow-up.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree (B.A/B.S) from a reputable college or university. LPN's, Nurse Practitioners, RN's, PA's and Pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation for daily travel.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
• Proven track record of successfully executing project goals.
• Strong team player mindset.

Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in Specialty Sales or Home Infusion Pharmacy.
• Proven sales track record demonstrating achievements and success.
• Active book of business for Specialty Pharmacy Sales preferred.
