Lynn Medical, a national specialty medical distributor with over 56 years servicing the medical community, is currently seeking to fill a position in our Inside Sales Force. This position is located at our National Headquarters in Wixom, Michigan.

Lynn Medical specializes in the sale of cardiology supplies and equipment, as well as offering a full medical/surgical product line for hospitals, clinics and physician offices nationwide.

Job Description:

Our Inside Sales Representative position is an exciting and challenging opportunity to apply all of your sales skills to identify and secure new clients, and build and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Relationship Management and account development of existing customers in the territory.
• Business Development of new targeted hospitals, clinics, surgery centers and physician offices within the territory.

A Successful Candidate:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of proven sales success; Inside sales experience preferred
• You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to communication effectively with decision makers
• You are self motivated and embrace challenges of meeting goals and exceeding standards
• You are good identifying opportunity and at problem solving
• You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task
• You have customer Service experience and are able to provide accurate and timely information to customers
• You are proficient in MS Office, Contact Management Programs, Internet, and familiarity with CRM

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary $50,000 plus commission, approximately $20,000+ for first year, uncapped.
