Elysium Tile is looking for a Business Development Manager to improve our brand recognition and grow our sales and market share with a large national client. This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans and sales strategies that will help us reach our growth initiatives including new customer acquisition and client optimization.

This position is based out of our Palmetto, Florida location and requires overnight travel 50% of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities;

Identify and research potential clients

Strengthen current client relationships while establishing new relationships

Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals

Gather useful information from customer and competitor data

Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business

Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline

Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

Attend trade shows and conferences as needed

Conduct ongoing market research

Drive the end-to-end sales process

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills and qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Sales or Marketing

3 or more years sales experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the materials industry

Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities

Familiarity with the industry including equipment, logistics and supply-chain management

Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions

Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients

Maintain a valid state drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
