Lighting Designer/Sales Associate
Imagine More is a Lighting, Window Covering and Home Automation Store

Our Lighting showroom seeks a highly motivated salesperson to join our team. We are looking for a driven and dedicated individual. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Interior design world, an eye for detail, and a desire to never stop learning.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and helping find the right lighting solution to fit their needs
• Help maintain showroom appearance
• Demonstrate knowledge of the lighting industry, and products
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Attend product trainings and meetings as required
• Travel to job sites and other showrooms as necessary
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and builders
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises

Requirements

• Proven working experience in Interior Design, Showroom or Retail environment
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, and/or materials selection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Must be available to work Saturdays
