This position will positively impact the lives of our potential clients by providing an exceptional experience digitally and in person. This role is responsible for providing fast, honest, and relevant responses to our current and potential customers questions. This position will work closely with sales managers to ensure that our valued clients expectations are understood and exceeded. This position has on the job training to teach you to become a professional Sales and Leasing Consultant in case you dont have any prior experience and if you do you will become better at your craft!

Automotive Sales Job Responsibilities:

Learn the Toyota lineup; past, present, and future.

Learn all the different brands we have for sale as used vehicles.

Work proactively to create appointments.

Utilize current customer database to create appointments with previous customers.

Reply to customer information requests through our CRM to provide a seamless experience in which all parties have a clear understanding of expectations.

Work closely with Sales Management and Sales Staff to ensure established processes are followed.

Manage and review follow-up to ensure EVERY customer receives prompt and accurate attention.

Assist the entire Management Team in developing processes to ensure on the BEST customer satisfaction rating.

Performance Measurements:

Phone Calls, Text messages and Emails.

Internet lead to appointment set ratio.

Appointment set to appointment shown ratio.

Appointment show to appointment sold ratio.

Overall customer satisfaction.

Job knowledge retained.

  • Sales Representatives will invest time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options in person.
  • Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
  • Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features.
  • Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and return email, calls, voicemails, and text messages.
  • Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate more deals by getting referrals.

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Incredibly strong and proficient communication skills, face to face, over the phone, text, email, and video.

Automotive Sales Representative Benefits:

Full time position

You will always earn a paycheck. We are not 100% commission.

You will get pay commission versus minimum wage, whichever is greater. The minimum wage hourly rate is $15.64 an hour plus overtime. You will get pay the hours worked if your commission is not greater. Sales consultants that make more than minimum wage at our store make between $5,000 to $12,000 a month (gross pay). Keep in mind since this is a commission job some months are better than others.

Other benefits are:

$250 minimum commission per deal.

Monthly performance bonuses.

Available after 90 days of employment:
