As a Full Line Sales Representative , you play a pivotal role in driving company growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships. Your mission? To connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with Guerbet LLCs products and services. This role will be responsible for territory near and around the Philadelphia area and the candidate will need to reside in the state of PA.

YOUR ROLE

Your primary responsibility is to serve customers by effectively selling our products and services. Whether its a seasoned client or a fresh lead, you approach each interaction with empathy, actively listening to their needs.

Stay informed about current and prospective customers, learn the dynamics of your territory, and adapt your strategies accordingly. Knowledge is power, and you wield it well.

The ability to tune out distractions and focus on people. You put customers at ease, make them feel important, and engage in genuine conversations. By holding eye contact and truly listening, you uncover their pain points and needs.

You showcase how our products meet those identified needs. Validation is keyearn their trust by substantiating claims. When objections arise, you negotiate skillfully, turning challenges into commitments for action.

You seek win-win outcomes, maintaining a positive attitude even when faced with differing opinions. Responsiveness is your superpower; clients appreciate your timely assistance.

Relationships matter beyond the customer base. Initiate communications with internal peers, departments, and external partners. Youre the bridge connecting Guerbet LLC to regional buying groups and other organizations.

Your sales funnel isnt just a tool; its your compass. Collaborate with your manager to shape a strategic call plan. Regularly assess activity and performance via CRM tools. Seek insights from colleagues with relevant expertise.

Prospects to identify potential customers, analyze the information available, conduct pre-call planning by creating target list, sets up geographical zones and formulating agendas with goals for calls (pre-call objectives)

Conducts post call follow-up completing required reports and recording activity and other key information in CRM

Follows budget guidelines, provides samples according to guidelines

Takes personal responsibility for results on own assignments

Adapts own tactics in response to changing market and changing company strategies

Demonstrates product knowledge, develops managed care/GPO/health system knowledge; i.e. key players, formulary, develop understanding of relevant disease states, display basic knowledge of key competitor

Reach out to more experienced team members for developmental guidance; take initiative to continue to develop self, initiate communication with NSM regarding goals, development planning, etc.

Understands how organization creates perceived and real market advantage and how products and services provide value for customers

Implements plan as directed to gain leverage

YOUR BACKGROUND

A bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field is preferred.

Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting quotas.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent management and organizational skills, analytical prowess, and outstanding negotiation abilities.

Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to driving sales.
