Do you have sales experience and want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment? Are you interested in graphic design or creating custom apparel We would love you to join our team at Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Seacoast!

Big Frog Seacoast designs and sells custom apparel for individuals, businesses, schools and other organizations all throughout New England. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills to help customers understand the various products and services we offer. Graphic design experience is preferred, but not required.

We have a brick and mortar store located in Seabrook, NH and candidates should expect to work full-time in person. One year of sales experience preferred and graphic design experience is a huge plus! Consistent schedule -- M-F, between the hours of 9 am to 6 pm. We offer paid holidays and a bonus structure. Other benefits to be discussed in the interview.

The ideal candidate will have a customer focus our number one priority is to make the process fun and creative for our customers!

Our store is small, and all of us work together. You will be expected to:
- Be a team player!

- Work with customers creating designs that they love!
- Integrate designs onto Big Frog templates, and print them
- Provide customers information about our product and service offerings
- Use the Big Frog POS (point of sale) system to manage customer transactions
- Enthusiastically greet customers in a timely manner, answer the phones professionally, and respond to customer emails
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Manage incoming inventory: unpacking boxes, checking packing slips, folding and stocking shelves (you must be able to lift 40 lbs)
- Other activities, as needed

If YOU:
- like talking with people, and working on their ideas
- have worked in some customer service role for at least one year
- are dependable and have good time management
- have good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- have been a key holder (open/close) for a small business, you get extra points!
