What We Do:

At Red Rhino Roofs & Solar, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 20 years of experience and a team dedicated to our clients.

Compensation:

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning up to 15% on completed roofing projects as well as a $500 advancement on commission with submitted down payments. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid bi-weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. We offer competitive bonuses including a company vehicle of your choice, profit percentage-based bonuses as well as potential starting bonuses!

What You'll Do:

  • Travel to predetermined areas in and around Omaha/Lincoln and assess the condition of customers roof and siding that are aged/deteriorated or damaged by wind/hail
  • Out-of-state travel is optional for independent contractors but encouraged for professional growth!
  • Build relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners' expectations and enhance their experience during the insurance and/or construction process.
  • Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings.
  • Our expert field team will handle all installations so that you can focus on building your network and capitalizing on opportunities.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2-year sales experience, D2D, retail, or customer service
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops

Note: Our sales reps are trained to close. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Red Rhino. This is a commission role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
