Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Visit and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at their home or place of business.

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits

- Utilize basic math skills to calculate discounts, totals, and change

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Upsell additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and sales

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers

- Experience in technology is preferred

- Bilingual skills are a plus

- Ability to demonstrate products effectively through product demos

- Basic math skills for accurate transactions and calculations

- Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and learn about new products quickly

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Must be comfortable with heights as we climb on roofs to inspect.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
