WB Flooring and Interiors, is looking for a residential and/or commercial flooring Account Manager to join our team. You will be the main contact for a set of builders from the starting point of estimating to the final stages of invoicing, this allows you to have a relationship with the people you are working with and creates an environment of familiarity and consistency in your work. Our company mainly works with new home residential construction and some major remodels. Our Account Manager's main responsibilities include receiving bid requests, reviewing quotes & take offs, following up with builders, reviewing contracts, creating pick tickets & work orders, coordinating start dates, creating installation folders for our field team, resolving any issues the field may face, and invoicing.

You would be working on a team with an estimator and project manager, to coordinate all aspects of the project for the builder.

The ideal candidate must have at a minimum, a background of at least 2 years construction estimating experience, flooring preferred but not required. The ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings, be detail oriented and a self-starter, and have a can-do attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
