To be successful as an Account Manager Trainee, you should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including techniques that gather customers interest in meeting with our Account Manager Trainee. By working with Fadeaway Marketing, you will be given territories provided by our marketing department to target our customer base and determine prospective clients and expand sales. The Account Manager Trainee will assist our clients in creating a cost-effective environment for underserved communities. Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

• Assist clients by presenting the benefits of our clients products and services
• Build rapport and influence customer relationships with existing and potential consumers to meet customer needs
• Report to assigned territories to prospect and close new business to achieve sales goals
• Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and follow up with multiple customers each day
• Participate in ongoing training focused on increasing your earnings, team building, and mentorship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Face to face Customer Service / Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• San Bernardino, CA (Preferred)
