What Youll Do
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing inside sales support and other related services for our Metrie EL & EL customers. You will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping current on company products, sales procedures, and market conditions.

Key Relationships: You will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager, Mouldings.

Location: You will be based out of Chino, California.

At a high-level, you will:

• Answer customer phone calls and questions and enter orders
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Provide price quoting to customers and coordinate with onsite production department to facilitate the movement of sale through to production
• Maintain and keep current detailed records, reports, and customer data.
• Effectively represent Metrie EL & ELs interests when dealing with customers, the community, team members, and suppliers.

Who You Are
We would love to hear from you if you:

• Are comfortable being on the phone with customers
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have prior experience in customer service
• Have experience with Ponderosa (preferred)
• Are familiar with mouldings, the building industry, and construction practices (preferred)
