Requirements:

• Active Florida Real Estate License is required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• 3+ years of real estate leasing experience
• Working knowledge of the following software programs: AppFiles, Streamline, MS Office Suite, including Outlook is highly desired.
