Job Title: Media Sales Associate

Position Overview:
As a sales associate, you will be responsible for generating new leads and converting them into clients who subscribe to our video production services. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' video production requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Present our subscription packages and pricing structures to prospective clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Collaborate with our production team to develop customized proposals and quotes for clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Familiarity with video production/media/marketing concepts and services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
