Due to our expansive growth, we are hiring a Commercial Sales Manager to join the team!

Join our team as a Commercial Sales Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales within the commercial construction and renovation sector. Utilize your expertise in our products, systems, and industry trends to cultivate strong client relationships and exceed sales targets. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our innovative Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Electric solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new commercial construction and renovation opportunities.
• Build a robust client pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and product innovations.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.

Client Relationship Management

• Foster strong relationships with commercial clients, contractors, architects, and project managers.
• Collaborate with decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Quotations and Proposals

• Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the technical team to align proposals with client needs and industry standards.

Negotiation and Closing

• Negotiate terms with clients to secure contracts.
• Ensure smooth handover to the project implementation team upon closing sales transactions.

Market Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide valuable insights to management for business growth opportunities.

Customer Service

• Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, and/or electric.
• Strong understanding of applicable products, systems, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proactive approach with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Possesses proficiency in Microsoft and the technical ability to develop skills in other software.
