Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the insurance industry. While many insurance companies operate on a transactional basis, our objective is to provide customers with not only great quality coverage but exceptional service, while building long-term relationships that can last a lifetime.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze insurance policies and coverages to ensure accuracy

- Assist clients with the enrollment process and provide guidance on available insurance options

- Process insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, explaining coverage details, and addressing any concerns or complaints

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy changes

- Provide new quotes in a timely manner for new & existing clients.

- Answering phones, emails and other communications.

- Work with co-workers and customers with a positive attitude and service-oriented style is of utmost importance.

- Work from our Park City Office one day per week.

- Hours: Monday Friday from 9 AM 5 PM.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex insurance policies

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task

- Computer literacy and efficiency is a must

You will work with many professionals in both Summit and Wasatch counties with whom we currently network. Such as lenders, builders, realtors & more. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and honest person. We will provide leads as well as cross-selling opportunities with existing and new customers. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
