Job Title: Healthcare Solutions Liaison - Home Care

Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 Base + UNLIMITED COMMISSION!
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Forge and nurture relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, and community organizations.
• Brand Representation: Represent Home Health Care Inc. at community events, networking functions, and professional conferences.
• Educational Outreach: Conduct presentations and educational sessions to raise awareness of our services and the benefits of home care.
• Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care for our clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in community outreach, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the home care industry.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong self-motivation.
