Full description of the position

A nursing home facility in Delaware County, PA is seeking a Clinical Liaison to join our team.

Clinical Liaison responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a community marketing strategy.
  • Create/maintain relationships with local assisted livings, independent livings, nursing homes and community programs.
  • Develop brochures, advertisements, and an enhanced social media presence to market the facility.
  • Host community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups.
  • Develop relationships with area hospitals and Physician offices.
  • Act as liaison between facility & community agencies to generate referrals.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of nursing home liaison experience required.
