The Job:

You will be on a team of one or more presenting investment solutions and financial plans to prospective clients.
This is an educational sales role with unlimited income. You would be hosting digital and in person meetings.

The job will be client facing in function and will require critical thinking skills. Activities include: Portfolio comparisons, cost basis, tax impacts, allocation variations, social security, retirement plan options, tax -mitigation scenarios, buy / sell real-estate, estate planning, business exit planning, income planning, budgeting, 401k roll-over calls, transferring money, distributions, asset aggregation, exceptional phone skills, and customer service interfacing. This requires self starting, detail oriented, confidential, independent, and a team player who can take on client critical tasks when needed.
You are the show as a relationship manager at Aksala Wealth, we take that seriously. So if independently working and closely supported team approach is your dream work environment, this is for you!
- You should have a book of clients currently to showcase aptitude and previous success as a financial advisor.
We will grow your base of clients through digital lead flow, tax partnership network, and acquisitions of smaller retiring advisors.
We have one immediate opportunity for a new CPA partner that needs a lead relationship manager.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and basic training must be behind you from one of the globo firms to ensure this is the career for you. We are seeking a person to grow and invest alongside.
- Redtail CRM, Fidelity Wealthscape, E-Money Planning, Envestnet Software.
- Ability to use common office equipment, Phone, zoom, excel, Microsoft suite, etc.
- Executive and corporately trained individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills.
- CFP & College Degree
- Sitting, standing and mobility about the office.
- An insatiable need to make things efficient for the client.
