National Oak Distributors is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in our West Palm Beach office. This an integral role in the sales team that functions by calling current and prospect customers daily. All customer lists will be provided, so company research/lead generation performed by the Inside Sales Specialist will be minimal. The Inside Sales Specialists primary role will be to drive profitable revenue growth by making phone calls daily in a high energy environment.
If you enjoy being on the phone and not performing lead generation, research, customer service or other "non-sales" activities, this is the sales position for you! You will be part of an Inside Sales team responsible for aggressively growing current customer sales and our customer base. This is a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about the Automotive PBE industry and is highly customer focused. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
All leads and promotions will be provided by the campaign coordinator
Adhere to established sales call scripts, campaigns, and processes
Primary role is to drive profitable revenue growth
Grow share of wallet with existing customers
Achieve or exceed established daily goal for the number of Customer Interactions
Maintain customer logs of all sales activities
Ensure timely follow up on all sales leads
Conducting sales presentations via the phone and virtual webinars
Provide quotes for potential customers in accordance with Price Management guidelines and approvals.
Some limited travel may be required during the execution of the duties of the Inside Sales Specialist to include product training, trade shows, and other travel as requested.
Maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a detailed knowledge of PBE products is required.

Education and/or Experience
Proven track record of outstanding sales performance.
A minimum of two years in a sales or sales support position in a B2B and B2C environment.
Outbound call center and/or inside sales experience preferred.
Experience in automotive paint and related products preferred but not required
Superior knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools; knowledge of computer systems, communication tools, and delimited file formats.
Experience using a CRM system preferred.
Results driven individual, high energy self-starter.
