Want to know what a day in the life of our Sales Team looks like?

• Approach homes and free standing businesses that have visible storm damage to their roof, siding or other exterior materials (FULL training on how to spot damage will be provided)
• Perform a full but quick Exterior Property Inspections to locate storm damage, take photos & video with your phone to show
• Educate Homeowners by explaining homeowners insurance claim process (Again, we provide FULL training on spotting damage, the claims process, dealing with rebuttals, & closing the sale of service!)
• Filling out paperwork with the customer in their home, assisting them select options such as materials, colors, etc.
• Upload the photos and paperwork from each job/customer into our CRM "Acculynx"
• Repeat!

This is not a 9am-5pm, same thing every day, sitting behind a computer type of job. The person who finds the most success in this job is someone who can create and commit to their own schedule, maintain positive relationships and is eager to learn

You will have a dedicated and motivating Sales Manager that will be available to you every day to train you from step 1 to the close and beyond, answer any and all questions you have regarding anything related to the job, materials, company procedures, etc. Additionally you will have a home office which is fully staffed with office personnel, a production team, estimating & invoicing team, HR department & company directors all working to support your success! Your job is to acquire new customers by any method that works for you, word of mouth from neighbors, family friends, door knocking, referrals from customers, social media, etc.

What is required of you?

• Speak with Confidence! Confidently speak to strangers and turn them into customers by confidently explaining the VALUE of our service
• Eagerness to learn company sales cycle, customer documents & building materials. (Full Training Provided!)
• Self Sufficient; Must be able to work and stay organized in an independent environment. This is not a job that pays you by the hour just for showing up, this is a career that can change your life!
• Must have a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
• *Must be 21 years of age to be leased a company truck (for insurance purposes)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
