Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales to achieve company targets.

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience

- Assist customers in selecting products and services based on their needs

- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements

- Process customer orders and payments accurately

- Provide sales support by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Maintain knowledge of current market trends, competitor products, and industry developments

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Accurately document deals and track progression.

- Take pictures of campers and post on social media, marketplace platforms, and our website.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in RV sales or a related field is preferred

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
