Automotive Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a F&I Manager background or an energetic top Salesperson who would like an opportunity to advance. This individual would have the desire to join our team and help bring us to the next level.

We offer a 5 day work week, 7pm closing time, and closed on Sundays!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation

Manage all showroom activities for the sales team including use of CRM system

Spend time with customers to determine their needs, discuss vehicle options, and assist sales team members in closing deals

Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of all new/used vehicle sales employees

Conduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings

Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance

Monitor and analyze salespeople's performance

Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions

Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by monitoring a CRM system

Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis

. Manage the inventory

REQUIREMENTS

Sales Manager experience is a plus but not required!

Proven track record of success in an Automotive Franchise

Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships

Commitment to growing the manufacturers Certified Pre Owned Program

Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team

Deep understanding of new car sales operations

Steady work history

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
