We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong knowledge of the real estate market, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Negotiate contracts and handle all necessary paperwork
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors

Qualifications:

- Real Estate License required (active or inactive)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork and documentation
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Proven track record in sales or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with local market trends and conditions
