Full description of the position

Award winning Allstate agency seeking sales professional to sell Auto and Home insurance in my agency. Job will consist of calling incoming leads provided by the agency as well as calling lists of leads provided as well.

This is for a sales position, candidate must have sales skills and motivated to hit sales goals and also be motivated by bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications include:

An active 440 or 220 License, highly coach-able, while being able to work independently under pressure. Professional, with excellent communication and computer skills. Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on winning.

Ambitious, driven, and career minded

Bilingual is a plus. Must be organized, efficient, and able to multi-task. Possess a positive and self-motivated attitude

Compensation: Salary based on experience + monthly commissions and bonuses
