Overview

This is a full-time position based in Brookfield, WI (metro Milwaukee area). Hybrid work arrangements may be considered after ninety days.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist develops, manages, implements and evaluates marketing strategic initiatives to support the mission and goals of Telecom One. This position also supports our sales team with sales pipeline management and customer outreach for additional sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or related tools.
• Knowledge of CRM software such as HubSpot, GlassHive or related tools.
• Knowledge of online web production, including content design and management.
• Ability to develop and produce original work, newsletters, blogs, and website content.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and use changing technologies.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Associates degree in Marketing, Business, or closely related field.
• Experience in the telecom or information technology markets is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,500.00 per year
