WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Customer Service Sales Associates:

• Greet customers, recommend wash packages and our Unlimited Wash Club membership.
• Guide customers into the tunnel.
• Maintain the stores clean appearance.
• Other responsibilities as necessary, such as assisting with quality control.
• Work with an amazing team in a fun environment.
• Create Wow moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction.
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• The ability to connect with customers.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
