Beauty Solutions, LLC is an independent boutique distributor of salon products for licensed cosmetologists and salons in the beauty industry. We inspire our beauty professionals with thoughtfully selected luxury salons products and tools, industry leading education, jaw dropping showrooms, and a fully equipped team of Salon Support Consultants. About the Position:

As the Sales Associate you are responsible for helping with day-to-day responsibilities at the Beauty Solutions Resource Center. This will include assisting customers on the sales floor, creating new accounts, invoicing, and setting up for weekly education events. In addition to the duties you will be restocking the sales floor, cycle counting and occasionally light cleaning.

Hours: 9:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building professional relationships
• Provide superior customer service and sales to customers
• Opening and closing procedures
• Customer pick up order fulfillment
• Fulfillment of additional tasks as needed in the center
• Ensuring shelves are stocked, clean and current
• Receiving Product Shipments
• Merchandising with new products
• Preparing the center for beauty industry events
• Selling education tickets
• Confirming classes with educator, salon consultants, managers, and salon
• Coordination tasks for scheduling events, equipment and travel
• Education and Special event set up

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in retail sales (preferred).
• Ability to maintain a positive uplifting attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to upsell and negotiate.
• Quality customer service and care.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong work ethic and follow through.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to safely lift 20 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
