Primary responsibilities would include selling, marketing, and servicing our insurance offering to new and existing clients. Allstate offers Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life insurance. Pay includes base + commission + bonuses. Must be willing to obtain Property Casualty license.

Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• New Client Development
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support as needed.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Caring, compassionate and driven to fulfill customers needs
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up
• Able to obtain or currently possess a Property and Casualty license.

Required:

• Property Casualty and/or Life Insurance License
• Sales Experience
• Bilingual - Not required, but a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
