WSR is currently seeking a Full Time Commercial Lines Account Manager

This position is responsible for managing an assigned book of business while providing excellent customer service to our clients. We prefer someone who could work a hybrid schedule (1 day a week) but would be open to remote also.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relations and manage client accounts
• Process client renewals
• Strive to retain accounts and assist as needed on new business sales
• Analyze accounts for coverage gaps
• Thoroughly document accounts using the agencys management systems
• Follow agencys workflows & standards
• Continue growth of insurance knowledge and stay informed of changes in the insurance industry
• Assist in training of other employees
• Backup other employees as assigned
• Special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current California Property & Casualty license
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance or equivalent knowledge, experience, and education for an Account Manager and 7 years of experience for a Senior Account Manager
• Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent organizational & problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate
• Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office
• Works well as part of a team as well as independently

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
