Job Overview:

Work by the lake! Leesville Lake Marina is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check-in and check-out cabin and boat rental guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide information about marina facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Process payments via POS system and management software
- Collaborate with other company departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Cleaning cabins, rental boats and public restrooms

- Stocking and over the counter sales of snacks, bait and tackle

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest services
- Knowledge of booking management systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
