Our medical procedure is noninvasive yet highly effective at treating wounds in hopes of preserving the limb by utilizing advanced skin graft technology. We service the DFW metroplex along with rural communities and the entire state of Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call clients using a given phone directory to promote our wound care services
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to monitor and analyze the impact of marketing endeavors on revenue generation and customer acquisition.
• Heavily focus efforts on telemarketing Global Open Wound Care
• Implement and uphold marketing automation and CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency and refine customer data management.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Handle our company website and social media operations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with telemarketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8 am- 5pm with additional hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
