What we ask: You need to be a self-starter, competitive in nature and comfortable speaking on the phone with high energy. You should posses a learning-based mindset with the intention to grow, grow, grow! You'll be working in a team environment, setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team.

Additional Base Offices include: Birmingham, Grosse Pointe, Saint Clair Shores, Green Oak, Fenton, Grand Rapids

Responsibilities :

• Place phone calls to potential clients to convert into appointments set
• Systematically perform lead follow up in order to generate new business
• Answer potential client's questions about Real Estate
• Generate appointments daily
• Positively impact those around you and collaborate effectively with teammates
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Requirements:

• Licensed or working toward earning real estate license (scholarships are available)
• High school diploma/GED required
• 2+ years experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
• Ability to speak well on the phone and display good communication skills
• Results-driven and motivated by a commission and bonus structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
