Uncapped building automation sales opportunity with exclusive territory as Middle Tennessees only Flagship Dealer for Johnson FXs open architecture systems! Requirements

• Proven Sales Hunter Proven sales hunter with solid tenures and an existing rolodex of relationships with Facility Managers, Building Owners, and Property Managers in Middle Tennessee.
• Technical Sales Experience Prior experience with technical sales is highly preferred with building HVAC systems and controls applications ideal.
• Territory Development Experience Prior experience developing a territory including leveraging a CRM and working with KPIs.
• 60 Minute Radius of Nashville Live within a 60-minute radius of Nashville to efficiently cover the greater Nashville/Middle Tennessee market.
• Drug Testing/Clean MVR.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting Develop strategic plan to target and grow relationships with Middle Tennessee Building Owners, Facility Managers, and Property Managers to create site survey opportunities for building automation projects.
• Site Surveys Bring in the Controls Engineering team to conduct site surveys to identify project scope and recommendations.
• Win Projects Help present proposed solutions and close building automation projects.
• Gain Technical Knowledge Continue to advance your mechanical systems and building automation knowledge through available training resources as well as participation in site surveys with the engineering team to enhance skills as identifying/qualifying opportunities.
