Full description of the position

Transitowne jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Elma is in immediate need of Customer Service/BDC Personnel to work with our Service team in our busy Service Department. Duties include handling inbound and outbound service department phone calls, internet service leads and chats, setting service appointments, and contacting customers regarding servivce questions or information pertaining to their vehicle, and more.

• Ability to work with others as a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Automotive BDC experience preferred
