Job Description

Custom Construction is looking for qualified Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team. Our Ideal candidate will be one who:

Self-motivated go-getter!

Has a desire to earn HUGE commissions

Enjoy building rapport with homeowners

Want to control your schedule and be your own boss

Ethically sell a sustainable product

The position will require on-site roof inspections, proposal development, proposal presentation, follow-up communications, contract processing and accurate record keeping. Our roofing sales representatives will actively pursue the sales of residential roofing systems to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform multiple home inspections per day
• Follow-up with quoted prospects
• Maintain thorough records of all interactions with prospective clients
• Complete required paperwork after a sale is complete
• Get out of the office and knock
• Females encouraged to apply as they do well in this industry

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a High School diploma; Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience: Past sales experience, preferably technical sales.
• Other: Candidate must have reliable transportation
• Dress for success, Clean appearance is a must our representatives our representing our brand and product.
• Physical: Must be physically able to perform site inspections including roof inspections'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Up to 100% travel
