Washington Lumber is a locally owned home improvement store that has been in business for 50 years and we are seeking candidates for full-time daytime Contractor Sales Rep and a Sales Associate to help us provide great customer service.

Contractor Sales Rep Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts - making sure materials are ordered and ready for each step of building and remodeling process
• Providing excellent customer service - Assist customers with making purchases for doors, windows, siding, plumbing, electrical, paint, hardware, tools, lumber, and other building materials.
• Help customers find the right products consistently, quickly, and easily.
• Collaborate with associates to support customer and store needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of store
• Assist with merchandising and organization of store displays.
• Beneficial to have experience in the following areas: General Contracting, framing, window installation, door installation, siding installation, remodeling, electrical, plumbing

Requirements:

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: new construction or remodeling
• Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical

Sales Associate Essential Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service - Assist customers with making purchases for plumbing, electrical, paint, hardware, tools, lumber, and other building materials.
• Help customers find the right products consistently, quickly, and easily.
• Collaborate with associates to support customer and store needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of store
• Assist with merchandising and organization of store displays.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
• No Nights or Sunday Hours

Pay:

• Based on experience
