Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries and leads
• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs
• Assist customers in the vehicle selection process by providing detailed information and virtual tours
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
• Provide sales support to the showroom team as needed

Requirements:

• Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Proficiency in retail math and basic calculations
• Excellent cold calling skills and ability to engage customers over the phone
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,041.16 - $100,000.00 per year
